Steps To Becoming A Lazers Staff Coach

If you are interested in working at Lazers as a part time staff coach.  The first step is to have a sit down interview.

Lazers staff coaches work in a variety of ways with the 3000+ player youth members annually and the club's volunteer coaching staff. 

This includes, but is not limited to, coaching teams, preseason coaches meetings, on field training sessions, camps, player evaluations, coach evaluations.

Must work toward or already have the following qualifications:

  • USSF National Grassroots (National "E") Licenses, or Non-US National "E" Equivalent
  • Lazers Staff Coaching Badge (12-15 hour class Initially, followed by classroom and field continuing education each season)
  • Ability to Demonstrate Techniques
  • Ability to follow and teach Lazers Core Principles and the Lazers vernacular
  • Excitement to Learn and Adapt
  • Demonstrate Ability to belong to a team
