One team representative must check in at the MANDATORY registration and team check in. 

Team Check-In is on Friday night the night before the tournament from 6:00 - 7:30 PM at the Peachtree City Athletic Complex or on Saturday morning the day of the tournament at least 75 minutes before your first match at your venue to ensure your team is checked in on time as lines can get lengthy on Saturday.  

Peachtree City Athletic Complex Check-in Friday and Saturday: at the Red Lazers Tournament Headquarters tent between fields 2 and 4.  

Glenloch Soccer Complex Check-In Saturday:  At the operations tent.  (4 Publix tents attached together near the path and restroom building)

Failure to check in will result in automatic disqualification (without a refund of fee) from the Atlanta Season Finale.  

One team representative must bring the following required documents to be properly registered for the tournament:

• State Association Certified Team Roster – 5 copies (provided by your club registrar) - Please write in jersey numbers next to each player.
• Current Season Player ID cards with current photographs on the front in the space above "age group" and laminated (provided by your club registrar)
• Guest Player’s Form – 5 copies
• Team Emergency Contact Information Form 
• Team Tournament Roster and Medical Release Form - 1 Copy
• Team Conduct Policy - Coaches Signature Required
• Permission or Notification of Travel for (out-of-state teams only)
